calm and patient demeanor
Simply, I exude calmness. My clients can count on me to direct them to the best choices for their particular needs with patience and grace.
I am fortunate to be well regarded by my colleagues and clients for my integrity, patience and dedication. The reason? I take the time to develop relationships within the brokerage community so that I am viewed as an ally, a friend, and a professional who is genuinely concerned and will “get it done.”
I know that clients are looking for an agent with powerful and proactive negotiation acumen. Sensitivity, persistence, analysis, and shrewdness are all critical skills in successful negotiation. I have these skills.
resources – my golden rolodex
Having amassed a wealth of professional contacts over the years, I can refer you to a color consultant, a painter, a pediatrician and/or a great restaurant. Because I have lived here for so many years, I can provide extremely detailed information about the neighborhoods, schools, walking trails, and parks, as well.
I have resources for:
- Preparing your home for sale, both interior and exterior
- Packing, moving, schools, recreation, transportation
- Repairs and updating after you move in
- Everything else
